Hey, I’m Charlene — founder of Radiant Balance and a 

guide for women in discovering who they truly are — uncovering their truth, reclaiming their power, and creating a life filled with purpose, alignment, and radiance.

For years, I lived a life that didn’t feel like mine.

 I felt small and stuck—held back by the old "I can't" and "I shouldn't" mindsets, scared to be who I was, struggling to "fit in", and carrying wounds that no one else could see.

Like so many women, I was shaped by childhood experiences, silent expectations, and the pressure to be who I was “supposed” to be. Over time, I lost connection with my true self. I was barely surviving, let alone thriving.

 I looked in the mirror one day and thought, “I don’t recognize her. And I don’t want to be her anymore.”

That moment changed everything.

I chose to stop shrinking and start healing. I went deep into the roots of my pain, released the limiting beliefs and patterns that had kept me stuck, and reconnected with my purpose, passion, and voice.

Now, I help other women do the same.

Healing is not about becoming someone new—it’s about reclaiming the person you’ve always been. You already hold the wisdom and power within you. Sometimes, you just need a little guidance to find your way back.
